These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CustomCloset website (customcloset1.github.io) and any purchase you make through it. By browsing this site, placing an order, or using the Design Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We sell ready-made trending apparel and custom-printed apparel designed through our Design Studio. Because each custom item is made specifically for you:
Orders are placed by adding items to your cart, providing your delivery details, paying via the UPI QR code shown at checkout, and sending your order details and payment screenshot to us on WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once we reply confirming receipt of your payment — adding items to cart or sending a WhatsApp message alone does not guarantee order acceptance.
All prices shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include a flat ₹99 shipping charge added at checkout.
Ready-made ("trending") items may be cancelled by contacting us before the order ships. Custom, personalized, or designed-by-you items cannot be cancelled once we've confirmed the order and begun production, since each piece is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 days from order confirmation, though this can vary based on your location and order volume. We'll share tracking information with you over WhatsApp once your order ships.
Because most items are made-to-order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference (e.g. change of mind, sizing chosen incorrectly by the customer despite the size chart being available). If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If you upload artwork, images, or designs through the Design Studio, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights. We reserve the right to decline to print any design that appears to infringe on someone else's intellectual property, contains hate speech, or is otherwise inappropriate. You're responsible for any claims arising from content you upload.
All original CustomCloset branding, logos, site content, and photography remain our property and may not be reused without permission.
We aim to fulfill every order accurately and on time, but we're a small business and can't guarantee the site or service will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms occasionally as our business grows. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
