This Privacy Policy explains what personal information CustomCloset ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
When you place an order, we collect the information you provide at checkout: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and pincode. If you pay via UPI, you upload a screenshot of your payment confirmation, which we use solely to verify and process your order.
If you use the Design Studio, any image or artwork you upload is used to generate your custom product preview and is shared with us so we can print your order.
If you write a product review or a custom-order review, we store the name, rating, review text, and optional photo you submit, and display it publicly on the relevant page.
Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) using your browser's local storage, so it stays intact if you leave and come back.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment screenshots you upload at checkout are automatically deleted from our systems 15 days after the order is placed. We keep them only long enough to verify and reconcile payments.
We retain order records (name, contact details, order history) for as long as necessary for accounting, customer service, and legal record-keeping purposes. Reviews remain visible on the site until you request removal or we remove them at our discretion.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — including removing a review you've posted — by emailing customcloset111@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart contents and to remember that you've seen this policy — we don't use tracking cookies for advertising.
